1. Make sure you attach the correct documentation
- Scans of the ID documents should be good quality and readable
- ID should be valid and in date
- Signed head office letter (when requested)
- Signed minutes (when requested)
- The submission form must be uploaded alongside ID
2. Make sure the submission form is signed in accordance with the mandate
- Before uploading, the submission form should be printed and signed by the required number of current signatories
- Signatories must be listed on the bank mandate
